BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Parties:

 

These are the Booking Terms and Conditions between, CPM/DalamanRentals  (hereinafter  as the ‘’AGENT’’)  and the person (and the persons who are included in the party) booking a self-catering Holiday Rental Property (hereinafter as  the ‘’CLIENT’’).

Reservations:

1.     Minimum Rental period is for 1 week (seven nights).

2.     CLIENT can make the booking for a rental property, in writing or verbally; by phone, fax, e-mail, or through the web page.

3.     CLIENT makes the booking for all the persons in the party, as well as, for him/herself.

4.     The reservation process starts, when AGENT sends the necessary reservation information regarding the rental property, to the CLIENT, via an e-mail.

5.     Reservation is confirmed when AGENT receives the first payment from the CLIENT.

6.     If the CLIENT do not make use of the services, despite the confirmed reservation, AGENT is not necessarily liable for any refunds to the CLIENT.

 

Payments:

 

1.       50 % of the total rent amount and a refundable Damage Deposit of (250 to 400 GBP depending on the size and qualities of the property) must be paid within 7 days on the confirmation of the hire of the property. The remaining 50% of the total rent amount must be paid, at least 30 days, before the check-in date.

2.       Any bookings made within 30 days before the check-in date, the total rent amount must be paid in full and at once, as well as, the refundable Damage Deposit.

3.       A compulsory Cleaning fee of (30 to 50 GBP depending on the size and qualities of the property) will be charged from the tenant. The fee must be paid in cash, upon arrival. If the tenant demands further cleaning services during the rental period, an amount of 50 GBP will be charged for each time. Towels and sheets will be changed weekly, free of charge.

4.       The rental fee and the Damage Deposit can be paid via Bank Transfers or via Credit Card. Please contact us for details.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

 

1.       In the event of a cancellation of reservation by the AGENT;

 

a.       AGENT will inform the CLIENT immediately,

b.       AGENT will reimburse the total payment received and the Damage Deposit to the CLIENT. AGENT is only responsible for the total payment received and the Damage Deposit only.

 

2.       In the event of a cancellation of reservation by the CLIENT;

 

a.         Before 60 days of the check-in date, 70% of the payment received and the Damage Deposit will be refunded.

b.         Between 60 to 30 days of check-in date, 50% of the total payment received and the Damage Deposit will be refunded.

c.         Less than 30 days before check-in date, there will be no refunds of any kind.

 

 

Fair Usage Policy of Water and Electricity:

 

  1. The water and electricity meters will be read and written, at check-in and check-out times. The standard water consumption for the water is 25 m3/week; the standard electricity consumption is 250 kW/week. These amounts are included in the weekly rental fee. If the standard amounts are exceeded during the rental period, these amounts will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. (The rates are:  2.00TL per m3 of water, and, 0.31 TL per kW/h for electricity)

 

 

 

 

 

Damage Deposit:

 

  1. Any loss or damage caused to the property and its contents by the CLIENT that is less than the value of the Damage Deposit will be compensated from such Deposit; any loss or damage caused to the property and its contents, which is greater than the value of the Damage Deposit, then the Damage Deposit will be forfeited and the balance will be requested from the CLIENT during the agreed rental period.
  2. The Damage Deposit, less the exceeded cost of the water and electricity consumption, and the loss and damages, if any, will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. The remaining balance will be paid into the CLIENT’s Bank Account within 7 working days.
  3. Copy of the list of the inventory (furniture, white goods, etc.) in the property will be made available to the CLIENT.
  4. CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, for the duration of the CLIENT’s rental period, any damages and loss to the rental property’s interior and its contents (including the furniture, white goods, air-conditioning units, electrical and electronic goods and accessories), and; damages and loss to the rental property’s exterior, as well as, the garden and the swimming pool within the premises of the property’s actual land, is subject to a deduction from the Damage Deposit.

 

       General:

 

  1. The CLIENT should notify the AGENT of any malfunctions within the property premises during the rental period. Every effort will be made to rectify the problems in a timely manner. However, no refunds or rate adjustments can be claimed by the CLIENT, if any malfunctions occur related to the air-conditioning units, electric and electronic goods, swimming pool, etc.
  2. The properties are designed to accommodate a limited number of guests. This number should not be exceeded, which might lead to the termination of the contract, without any refunds.
  3. No smoking, no hazardous materials, no immoral or illegal activities are allowed in the properties. Any breach of these terms might lead to the termination of the contract, without any refunds.
  4. No pets are allowed in the properties.
  5.  The AGENT reserve the right to provide an alternative accommodation if, due to circumstances beyond AGENT’s control, the property is unavailable or inhabitable for occupancy for the rental period. In these circumstances, an alternative accommodation will be offered comparable to the property contracted. If an alternative accommodation can not be offered, at the AGENT’s discretion, an emergency accommodation may be paid for, the total cost of which will not be more than the actual cost of the contracted property. All subject to availability.
  6. Personal, Holiday and Travel Insurance is essential for the CLIENT’s own protection and AGENT strongly recommends that all the members of the party be suitably insured. Insurance is not included with the rental properties. The AGENT can not be held responsible for personal injuries or accidents however caused, therefore advice the guests to have full Holiday Insurance.
  7. Any services provided to the CLIENT, by any third party during the CLIENT’s rental period are not under AGENT’s responsibility.
  8. All regular Health and Safety regulations must be practiced by the CLIENT for the duration of the rental period.
  9. All security precautions must be taken by the CLIENT, regarding the rental property, during the rental period.
  10. Any additional agreements and changes must be approved by the AGENT, in writing.
  11. The check-in time is 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 11:00 am. The hours in between these times are for cleaning and checking of the property, unless agreed otherwise.
  12. Any personal details of the CLIENT, supplied to AGENT, regarding the rental bookings and reservations, will not be shared with third parties.
  13. The Reservation Contract becomes a binding agreement, when tenant makes the first payment. This means the tenant agrees on the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions stated above.
  14. This Agreement is governed by the Turkish Law and in case of dispute Dalaman Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for settling such disputes.
  15. The invalidity of an article on the Booking Terms and Conditions does not invalidate the other articles and the document itself.
